The Little Craftsman that Could

It was 1924, and this simple, little bungalow sat a superstar high upon the hill. She shined with real siding.  No stucco to be seen for miles.  Sure, she was tiny, but the breeze roared up the canyon through her back yard, swirled around the built-in pantry made of Douglas Fir and swooshed past the the built-ins surrounding the cobble-stone fireplace and out the front door, made of solid wood with three rectangular windows up top.  It wasn't as fancy as a Greene and Greene, but just as proud.
